GUILDFORD ACADEMY OF MARTIAL ARTS

Me and my friend are having a constant quarrel over which art is better, I think Kickboxing, he thinks TKD. Bare in mind, I do Kickboxing and he does TKD. 

I have never done Tae Kwon Do but I have heard that the majority of people how do it have absolutely terrible hands. They may be able to fling there legs around really well but once you break down there legs and get around them, a kickboxer should have the advantage of good hands and body movement.

I'm still for Kickboxing!
