Certified Instructors Training Course

This course is Britain’s most comprehensive Martial Arts instructors’ course, including Teaching Practices, Exercise Physiology, Sport Psychology and Business and Finance, all of which help to ensure that our instructors are able to consistently provide the best possible service to all of their students and that every Academy is able to remain open throughout the year.

The course typically takes 2 - 4 years to complete, although this does include a lot of time spent acting as a Trainee Instructor at one of the Academies.

The course is run partly by the individual Academy Managers and their respective Regional Mangers, but also by Master Curtis Page himself. CITs will have access to near-daily training sessions taken by Master Page and by other legendary Martial Artists, including Michael "Venom" Page, Jimmy "The Rock" Jones and Alex "Shadow" Campbell. CITs also have direct access to Predatorz, PredatorsX, Team England and even GB Elite squad training sessions and receive some of the highest quality Martial Arts training in the world.

In addition to the Martial Arts content, CITs are also taught a range of inter-personal skills which will help them in teaching the Martial Arts, running a successful Academy and also aid them in their lives outside the Martial Arts. These include:

Professional Practice
Business and Team Management
Communication Skills (Face-To-Face and Phone Skills)

The CIT course is available to all students aged 7 years and over, with a specialised Junior CIT course run for the 7-16 year olds. This includes even more Life Skills, Safety Skills and Social Skills and gives junior members the chance to give themselves the best possible start in life. Junior CITs are also prepared for teaching when they are older, with some being taught how to take warm-ups, stretches and even basic techniques.

Every month, a new parent is both shocked and delighted at the sight of their child confidently taking part of their class or winning the most recent national event. CITs also become fully qualified First Aiders, Referees and Examiners.
