Who can do Martial Arts?
From the Lil’ Dragons course for 4-7 year olds to Wing Chun Kung Fu and the MMA classes which you can take at your own pace, the Guildford Academy of Martial Arts has something for everybody. We have seperate kickboxing classes for beginner and advanced students, and classes designed specially for each age group. We also offer tailor-made fitness and nutrition programmes perfect for you, whatever your goals or level of fitness.
Which style is the best?
There are hundreds of different Martial Arts Styles from around the world, each with their own strengths. Freestyle Kickboxing is the main programme we teach as it is the style believed by our instructors and our founder to be the ideal balance of fitness, self defence and fun. Our Beginners Kickboxing course is extremely popular as a means of improving fitness and self defence skills, and these exciting and energetic classes are an ideal way into Martial Arts for beginners.
