Our Kickboxing syllabus was written by its principal Instructor, Master Curtis Page. The syllabus covers a wide range of hand, leg and jumping techniques, including combinations, pad-work, set-pieces and sparring (optional). The syllabus is split into a beginners’ class and an advanced class (see Beginner and Advanced)

Kids Class (8-12 year olds)
he Kids programme presents older children with a more mature learning environment, allowing them to learn and grow at their own pace. Divided into beginner and advanced classes, the Kids programme has many benefits for 8-12 year olds, whatever their level of fitness or experience.
Classes teach children the importance of discipline and respect, whilst also teaching them about how staying fit and healthy will help improve their standard of living. Kickboxing, as well as being a highly enjoyable sport, can greatly improve a child’s all-round fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, awareness and confidence
Classes are kept fun and energetic while remaining structured, to ensure that every student gets the most out of every single class.

Beginners Class Times:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 5pm-6pm
Advanced Class Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5pm-6pm
Mondays and Wednesdays: 5-6pm and 6-7pm
We hold lunchtime kickboxing classes on Mondays – Fridays between 12-1pm. They’re perfect for your lunch break – we have showers too so you can freshen up before you leave. Classes are for beginner and advanced students together, and consist of 20 minutes warmup & stretch, 20 minutes techniques, and 20 minutes padwork, kickshield work, strengthening and fitness.
These classes are available as a pay-as-you-go option – just £5 per class! We offer a free trial session so come along and have a go. Please note that as this is a Martial Arts Class it requires a license and so a joining fee applies – simply call us on 01483 568 455 for more details.
