Whether you’re looking to tone up, bulk up or get stronger, our lunchtime Strength & Conditioning classes are great for complete beginners and experienced Martial Artists alike. This class is an excellent way to boost your fitness and supplement your Martial Arts training.
On Wednesdays we hold a Kettlebells class. Kettlebells are a fantastic tool for all-round strengthening and fitness. The class is taught by Senior Instructor and fitness enthusiast Mr Heasman who is keen to share his invaluable training expertise.
Classes are open to members and non-members alike. There is no need to book – simply drop in and pay on the day. Please note that as this class uses our gym you must be over 18 to participate and you will be required to fill out a health questionnaire and waiver, so if it’s your first time please allow an extra 5 minutes before the class starts to complete the necessary forms.
Strength & Conditioning – Mondays and Fridays: 1pm-2pm
Kettlebells – Wednesdays: 1pm-2pm
Joining fee: £25
Tuition cost: £5 per session (Pay on the day)
